Create Holder Reporting Account
Once you create a Holder Reporting account on the Treasurer's website you will be able to do the following things:
  • Create a single or multiple business accounts to report unclaimed property for.
  • Create individual records for unclaimed property under any business accounts you've created.
  • Upload/Import a spreadsheet (from downloadable template) of unclaimed property records for a business account all at once, or enter individual records one record at a time.
  • Enter a portion of items at one time and come back later and enter the rest as the Treasurer's site will save your progress.

Submit Holder Report Using UPExchange or HRS Pro
If you prefer not creating a Holder Reporting profile on the Treasurer's website to submit holder reporting information, you can also use UPExchange or HRS Pro to create a HDE file. If you use UPExchange or HRS Pro to create a HDE file, you can then submit your holder reporting information via this website or by mail.

UPExchange is a web application for creating and submitting unclaimed property reports in the NAUPA II Electronic Reporting Standard. It is endorsed officially and exclusively by NAUPA. HRS Pro is developed by Wagers & Associates, the organization whose software is used to create and maintain the Unclaimed Property database. This program will need to be downloaded and installed by a person with administrative rights on your computer. The software expires every six months. Requests for support can be submitted online.
