an interior designer holding a certification issued by the Council for Interior Design Qualification
an interior designer holding a credential to practice interior design by a proper authority in any state, municipality, or other jurisdiction in the United States
an individual who has been credentialed to practice interior design for fifteen years or more in one or more jurisdictions and who has practiced interior design for fifteen years or more in compliance with the credentialing laws in the jurisdiction(s) where such practice has occurred since initial issuance of the credential
a licensed architect wishing to be placed on the interior design registry
