The 108th Legislature, Second Session, 2024 passed LB 164, https://nebraskalegislature.gov/bills/view_bill.php?DocumentID=49745, which changed provisions to many Acts, including the Municipal Inland Port Authority Act. This allows an inland port authority located within the boundaries of a city of the metropolitan class to apply to the State Treasurer for a grant to carry out the functions of such inland port authority as authorized under the Municipal Inland Port Authority Act.
Complete and sign the Municipal Inland Port Authority Grant Funds Application and email, along with a certified copy of the approved city ordinance creating an Inland Port Authority to nst.inlandport@nebraska.gov.
