Governor's Proclamation Ceremony, August 9, 2017
Rachel Biar, director of Enable, tells about the Enable program at the Governor's Proclamation Ceremony in the Warner Chamber at the Capitol. During the ceremony, Lt. Gov. Mike Foley congratulated the Enable team and, along with Gov. Pete Ricketts, declared August as ABLE to Save Month in Nebraska.
