Nebraska Secretary of State John Gale stopped by the State Treasurer's Office August 21 to pick up a check for $50 that the State Treasurer received from First Westroads Bank of Omaha as unclaimed property.
The property, a cashier's check written on First Westroads Bank in 2002, was turned over to the state in 2010.
