NSTO Policies & Procedures

The statewide Treasury policies contained in this section are the result of our review of applicable State Statutes, the Nebraska Constitution, Attorney General's opinions, federal rules and regulations, banking law, NACHA ACH Rules & Regulations, common business practices of the State, and common banking practices. These policies supersede all past policy statements issued by the Treasury Management Division of the Nebraska State Treasurer’s Office.
