According to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77-6101, 77-6105, 77-2716, the Nebraska Long-Term Care Savings Program has been terminated, effective January 1, 2018.

Dear Long-Term Care Savings Plan Participant:

Nebraska’s Long-Term Care Savings Plan will terminate effective January 1, 2018, as a result of legislation passed in the 2016 Legislature. Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77-6101, 77-6105, 77-2716.
